# Schism Tracker wiki and docs (provenance note)

Fetched 2026-08-30 from GitHub: the project wiki (`git clone https://github.com/schismtracker/schismtracker.wiki.git`, pages saved as `wiki-<Page>.md`: Home, Schism-Tracker, Impulse-Tracker, Frequently-Asked-Questions, Links, Mixing-Modes, Player-abuse-tests, TODO, Contributions), the repository `README.md` (`README-repo.md`) and `docs/configuration.md` (`docs-configuration.md`) from https://github.com/schismtracker/schismtracker. The wiki's Home page says most of its content "was transcribed from the old schismtracker.org wiki, which was presumably written by Storlek and other contributors". schismtracker.org's own wiki no longer answers (2026-08-30). Licence: the program is GPL (repository); the wiki text carries no explicit licence — quote sparingly.
