Game Boy musician and the author of intense-tech, the lsdj tutorial series on defensemech.com (2019–2021, Patreon-supported, with Spanish translations by Pixel Guy). The articles are written from studio practice — kick drums, the noise channel, tables, the ADSR of LSDj 8 — with short videos and downloadable save files (kicktech.sav for version 6.9.0), and they host other artists' saves such as .exe's noise-only NOIZE JAMS. Interviewed johan-kotlinski in February 2020. Their remix of Cyanide Dansen's Dox The Fash supplies the series' layered noise-plus-pulse kick example. The articles draw on their own tracks — a cover of Ariana Grande's "Into You" (the wave channel swung against straight channels), "Illumin8", "Near Miss", "BEAT JUiCE" — and credit techniques to Hypnogram, Zef and Toriena. They prefer writing on Game Boy hardware with flash cartridges and keep timestamped save backups by script; on GitHub they appear as urbster1 (compiled binaries of DOTCNT's lsdj-wave-cruncher) and defensem3ch (the 9.1.0 noise-value converter), and they started the lsdjsynths wavetable library that lives with LSDFonts and LSDPals under the psgcabal organisation.
