The third founder of maniacs-of-noise — one of the "Dutch teenagers Deenen, Tel and Marcel Donné" who started the company in 1987 — and before that, with jeroen-tel, the music half of the demo group scoop-designs (sources: s-vgmpf-maniacs-of-noise, s-c-lehti-maniacs-of-noise).

Facts#

Met charles-deenen at the monthly Venlo meetings; all three founders "had already arranged music on their Commodore 64 computers using soundmonitor", and when Deenen saw Tel arrange a song in about 10 minutes, "he created a music driver for Donné and Tel" (source: s-vgmpf-maniacs-of-noise).
In C=Lehti's 1989 profile of SCOOP, Deenen coded the top demos and "Jeroen Tel ja Marcel Donné" did the music (source: s-c-lehti-maniacs-of-noise).
Like Deenen, Tel and reyn-ouwehand he "arranged by typing hexadecimal numbers and labels into the driver's source code" — the musicfile driver, edited in turbo-assembler (source: s-vgmpf-maniacs-of-noise).
In MoN from September 1987 to 1988/89: C=Lehti 4/89 reported he was dropped because he "couldn't inspire good enough melodies", leaving Deenen and Tel; VGMPF gives the alternative that he went off to the army (sources: s-c-lehti-maniacs-of-noise, s-vgmpf-maniacs-of-noise).
sidin #15 (2015-10-31) listed Project Sidologie, a Kickstarter "by Marcel Donné - this luxury box set features Commodore 64 music remakes with classic JARRE and Vangelis soundscapes", run under the c64audio account — chris-abbott's label name, though the news names no organiser (source: s-sidin-news-digest).
