NOISE (New Objectives In Sound Exploration)
A small Quebec music group headed by shawnm, founded about early 1995, that ranged from techno and ambient to industrial, hard rock and "classical" and had a group column in traxweekly (#42, #50 in the TOC). Sources: Shawn's interview (source: s-tw041-interview-shawnm), the interview of its Russian member vadimvs (source: s-tw050-interview-vadimvs) and Shawn's "Serial Composition" article, signed with the group's full name (source: s-tw046-serial-composition).
